The construction of smart energy network and smart pipe network is an important direction and content of urban development in China.At present,through a series of strategic decisions and deployments,we will further promote the energy revolution,focus on promoting the transformation of energy production and utilization methods,optimize the energy supply structure,improve the efficiency of natural gas utilization,and build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient modern energy system.This paper studies the characteristics of large-scale urban gas pipeline network from the aspects of policy orientation,market demand,industrial layout,operation mode and social benefits,and discusses the boundary conditions and living space of supporting small and microdistributed energy stations.Based on the gas boiler of industrial gas pipeline network,a small and micro-distributed energy station technology based on urban gas pipeline network was designed,and the process was simulated and optimized.The research results show that the distributed small micro energy station process based on the development of urban pipe network can be set to add 0.5 ton of steam per hour to distributed energy,and the power generation is about 790 kW.The total efficiency of the distributed energy station system is 86.80%,which same as the efficiency of the original gas boiler alone.The main equipment investment of the distributed energy station is 4.8 million yuan.From the perspective of gas boiler users,in the case of 8400 hours of operation per year,energy costs of 394,800 yuan can be saved each year.In the case of 3000 hours of operation per year,the annual energy cost can be saved by 141,000 yuan.If the gas company invests and operates from the perspective of the gas company,and the power generation sales are not included,the annual income will increase by 6.174 million yuan in the case of 8400 hours of operation per year.In the case of 3000 hours of operation per year,the annual income can be increased by 2.205 million yuan.Based on the development of urban gas pipeline network,small and micro-distributed energy projects can adopt investment and operation management modes based on local gas companies.Due to the small footprint,small investment and low operating cost of the small and micro-smart energy projects,the gas company and the gas users are more complementary,and the market capacity of the project is huge.It is recommended that with the coordination and support of the relevant departments,the power grid enterprises,gas companies and distributed energy enterprises can achieve win-win cooperation and solve the problem of the local energy supply and operation,and thus become one of the basic units of the smart energy network.To promote the development of China’s energy network construction.
