In recent years,safety problems during the construction of rail transit projects are extremely prominent both at home and abroad,safety issues in the construction process of subway projects have also received extensive attention from all walks of life,and electromechanical installation is an important part of rail transit engineering.The construction safety problem of electromechanical installation projects has also been the entire rail transit project’s hot issues of the project concern.For a long time,the business community and the academic community have made a lot of efforts to build a certain number of security systems,laying a foundation for ensuring the safety of electromechanical installation projects.This paper takes the safety risk in the process of electromechanical installation and construction as the research object,introduces the concept of risk management into the safety management of electromechanical installation and construction,through the research on the mechanism,risk identification and evaluation methods of construction site risk on the electromechanical installation project,the risk management and risk assessment model of the electromechanical installation engineering construction site is established.In the research process,this paper combines the theory of accident causation with the theory of risk management,using a combination of comparative research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theoretical research and empirical research,improve the safety checklist,use the pre-hazard analysis and evaluation method in the safety checklist,and then specify the weight value of each subsystem in the safety checklist,analyze the risk factors of the safety risk,and classify the hazard source.Discussing the management measures of safety risk control on the site of electromechanical installation from the aspects of safety and occupational health system,major hazard source and accident hazard investigation control,emergency response mechanism and comprehensive emergency plan,it also proposes dynamic cycle management to continuously improve the risk of construction safety,so as to realize dynamic security risk management on the construction site.Finally,taking the actual case of the mechanical and electrical installation of the first phase of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 3 as an example,establish a security risk assessment model and analysis the safety risks of electromechanical installation construction site are mainly high altitude fall,electric shock accident and fire,at the same time,specific risk control measures are proposed for each aspect of security risk management methods,gradually realize standardized installation and application in the electromechanical installation of rail transit engineering,minimize safety accidents during project construction,and maintain life and property safety.
