Study On Security Risk Management Of Shanghai Rail Transit T Interval Outage Reconstruction Project

Development is the most important subject of the society.We cannot separate the development from the economic construction.And one of the most important methods to achieve this construction purpose is the project management.With the highly development of various high-tecs,and widely used in different fields of community economy,the range and fields which the project involved is wilder and wilder,and meantime,the relevant risk of the security has become multiformity,which means the requirements of the security risks for project management will be much higher.Practice proves that security risk management is the key factor and important support to ensure the project successful.In this paper,"Shanghai Rail Transit T interval outage reconstruction project" as a research subject,firstly the paper introduces the topic background,research methods and framework.Second,after the full study of advanced theories and methods of risk management for security domestic and abroad,according to the factual characteristics of the project,describes the organization structure,construction content and technology standards of interval outage reconstruction.Third,using the methods and tools of security risk management,overall considering the working procedure and construction method of this reconstruction project,to ensure the project proceed smoothly based on secure and safe environment,taking advantage of preliminary hazard analysis to distinguish,analyze and assess the potential risks of the security.Last,during the security risk control of interval outage reconstruction project,focusing on using the risk Matrix method for weighting the dangerous factors caused by security risks and quantification,based on the result of quantification,making a further analysis how strongly these dangerous factors are then carrying on the different prevent and control measures for security risks on purpose to ensure that the Shanghai Metro interval outage reconstruction project will be proceed as scheduled and accomplished successfully.This paper is a positive experiment of current project security risk management method,with the continuous improvement and summarize during the process of the practice,hoping this paper can be a reference or the thinking for the colleagues who are working on the similar urban metro reconstruction project.
