Research On The Realization Path Of Campus Intelligent Power Saving Control System Based On PLC

Energy saving and emission reduction is the basic national policy of our country.Building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly type society is our government's long-term goal.School is a key energy unit.Under the background of global resource shortage,it is of great significance to build conservation-oriented schools.Through investigation,it is found that many campus buildings still remain in the control mode of manual switch at present,which is not intelligent control mode has been very backward.The purpose of this study is to take the idea of green energy conservation as the core and adopt various advanced technical methods to study the realization path of a centralized and decentralized campus intelligent power saving control system.First of all,from the collection and analysis of the campus building power load properties,parameters,operating characteristics,three kinds of different characteristics of the power load are summed up.Then according to the power consumption characteristics of each load,the principle and flow of three intelligent power saving control modes and the corresponding software control strategies are analyzed and put forward.Finally,the power saving effect of the system is calculated through a case study.In the research process,PLC control technology,sensor detection technology and touch screen monitoring technology are combined,and various communication technologies and protocols,such as VLAN,MODBUS TCP/IP,RS485,are adopted to ensure the reliable communication of the system,and friendly man-machine interaction mode is fully considered.In order to verify the feasibility of the system,the simulation experiment method and the engineering practice method are adopted in the research,and the good energy saving effect is obtained by comparing the power consumption before and after theoperation of the system.Through the research on the realization path of intelligent power saving control system,this paper explores the establishment of campus intelligent festival in typical secondary vocational schools.Electricity control mode,for the construction of green-saving campus to provide a reference.
