With China's urbanization process is accelerating,the city construction industry rapid development,not only provides a good external environment for the steady growth of China's economy,but also provides a stable place for people to live and work in peace life.According to the relevant survey,as of 2025,China's urbanization coverage rate can reach 60%.Therefore,in the next 10 years,the pace of China's urbanization will continue to accelerate,providing the construction industry with a steady stream of powerful driving force.The number of energy-saving technology used in China most of the existing buildings is very few,it is not because of China's construction technology is backward,but the lack of corresponding policy of macro control,resulting in increasing building energy consumption in china.According to the prediction of the development trend of China's current building electrical energy consumption standards and the construction industry,by the end of 2025,China's energy consumption building electric ten percentage points higher than the regular meeting at least,not only a waste of the existing resources,but also seriously restricts the development of China's economy.Therefore,the construction of electrical energy-saving issues should be faced as the primary problem of China's construction industry.The successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing,and all provinces and cities all over the country,are vigorously developing winter sports,and a large number of stadiums and gymnasiums for winter sports will be built.Therefore,the in-depth study of the electric energy saving and intelligent control optimization of Jilin Speed SkatingGymnasium is of great significance to the energy saving and consumption reduction of stadiums and the development of ice sports in china.In this paper,the intelligent control technology,the electrical energy saving Hall of speed skating in Jilin Province as the research object,the first analysis of the development of building electrical energy saving technology in China,absorbing domestic and foreign advanced intelligent control technology,intelligent control research focuses on the construction of electrical lighting system,PID temperature control system.The thesis takes Jilin province speed skating hall electrical building as an example,through the reconstruction of the Musco lighting system,the use of advanced intelligent control,unified partition management control technology to achieve the purpose of energy saving;the speed skating hall poured ice snow pool heating system,using PID temperature control upgrades,to achieve the purpose of saving energy.In view of the above intelligent control technology,the energy efficiency analysis is carried out.The actual data is compared with the data before the intelligent control,and the two are compared to prove the electrical energy saving effect.
