The Internet of Things and public bicycles are two of the hottest topics in today's society.The Internet has brought people closer to each other,making the whole world a huge community.The Internet of Things connects the world to everything and communicates with the world.Through the Internet of Things combines with mobile terminals,people enjoy more convenient services.At the same time,as a member of traditional public transportation,public bicycles help people solve the problems of short-distance travel.However,public bicycle systems do not have a unified and reasonable management method for subsystems such as inspection,maintenance,and dispatch,leading to the communication between the various subsystems was blocked and management was chaotic.For the comprehensive development of public bicycles,it is necessary to enter a new era of "Internet + public bicycles" with a new attitude.This paper analyzed in detail the development of the traditional public bicycle system and the difficulties it faced.Based on the needs and workflow of the service cycle of public bicycles,combined with the basic theory of workflow,a public bicycle service cycle workflow management model is established.Three methods are provided for the repair of public bicycles(ordinary user repairs,system automatic repairs,and inspections and repairs),and workflow models are reconstructed in consideration of the impact of business expansion.For the reconstructed model,the traversal method in graph theory is used to solve the optimal solution of the maintenance path,the public bike service cycle workflow model is further improved,and the service cycle of the public bicycle is incorporated into the partially automated operation process.Combined with the analysis of public bicycle service cycle workflow and public bicycle transaction datas,the user's lease time characteristics and similarity of service points are obtained,and the parameters of public bicycle running status are proposed,and the average daily turnover rate of the bicycle is calculated by the k-means clustering algorithm.The user's lease duration and the frequency of the rent are clustered to correct the public bike status parameters.Through analyzing and reconstructing the workflow,it is found that judging the faulty bicycle is the bottleneck for the full automation of the workflow.In view of the shortcomings of the simple structure of the public bicycle and the lack of sensors,a Bayesian classification algorithm is applied to the detection of public bicycle faults.A naive Bayesian classifier is constructed and the bicycle is classified by a naive Bayes classifier.The contribution rate of each state parameter to the classification result is established according to the classification result,the state parameters are further optimized,made the classification result more accurate in this automatic learning process,so as to achieve automatic repair of bicycle failure.Combined the above theories and algorithms,used eclipse development tools,combined the SpringBoot framework,MySQL for database design and development of the public bicycle service cycle workflow management system,developed a client for different users considered the security and convenience: integration the front-end open source framework easyUI and data visualization show the plug-in highcharts for enterprise management,developed the data visualization management client,and developed an NFC-based handheld smart app for inspection,dispatch,and maintenance staff,and developed a WeChat public number rental platform for ordinary users.
