Research On Inspection Technology Of Prefabricated Concrete Residential Constructions

Although the construction of the prefabricated concrete residential building has been carried out widely,due to there are difference among the aspects of the design,construction and function,in the practical application,the geometric size of the components and the properties of the materials usually exist unavoidable and different extent defects.In the specific use stage,the safety problems such as cracking and corrosion will occur due to the characteristics of the components,as well as the overall deviation due to the environment,material performance and geometric mechanical properties of the components.Therefore,the inspection of prefabricated concrete residential constructions should be tested from all aspects affecting the structural safety.On the basis of the summary of the present research situation,this paper discusses the importance of the inspection of the prefabricated concrete residential constructions,and explores the main problems in the design,transportation,processing,stacking and assembly.The standardization situation,quality control and inspection status of the prefabricated concrete constructions in China are clarified.The acceptance and inspection process of the prefabricated concrete residential constructions is explored from the stage of prefabricatedcomponent production,the acceptance stage of prefabricated components,the acceptance stage of the construction quality and the acceptance stage of the project.Finally,the inspection contents of the prefabricated concrete residential constructions consist of material detection,component detection,connection quality detection,structural performance testing,peripheral protection system detection,equipment and pipeline system detection,and internal system inspection.The corresponding suggestions are given in order to improve the inspection technical level of prefabricated concrete residential constructions.
