| The developing mode of construction for a long time in vulgar led to a lot of resources and environmental problems,as the situation becomes more and more serious, the traditional growth pattern is difficult to adapt to the new requirements of social development, and with the development of China’s implementation of ecological priority, green conflict oriented development with high quality,at the present stage in urgent need of production mode and management mode innovation.Prefabricated buildings adopt different new building concept, which have many advantages such as energy saving, environmental protection, efficient performance, for the construction industry transformation and upgrading of green and sustainable development provides the implementation way,its overall development can promote the virtuous cycle of national economy and environmental protection and social adjustment of economic structure transformation. It is a gradual process to promote the wide application of prefabricated buildings. The development process covers many stakeholders.Due to the different positions and roles of each stakeholder, their interest demands are also different.Combined with the current prefabricated construction in our country in the early stages of development, has yet to truly achieve universal coverage. Therefore,it is necessary to study and formulate appropriate strategies to promote the rapid development of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of stakeholders and through the analysis of their behavior patterns. This article first to the stakeholder theory systematically expounded, combined with the questionnaire of prefabricated construction development of the stakeholders involved in the process of definition and classification. Then it introduces the theory of economic externality, evolutionary game and system dynamics, which lays a strong theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. Then from the two aspects of development course and current situation of the development of our country briefly, the development of prefabricated construction and combined with analysis of the relevant literature from the perspective of interest subjects summarized the main barriers to developing prefabricated construction in our country.Secondly, based on the behavior analysis of core stakeholders,a three-party model among government, construction unit and construction enterprise is constructed by using the evolutionary game method around the three subjects that affect the development of prefabricated building, and the stability strategy under different conditions is obtained by jacobian matrix. On the basis of introducing the theory of system dynamics related knowledge, based on the SD model of tripartite game system,by using the simulation software Vensim PLE to carry out the numerical simulation of the behavior of three parties in the same system evolution,to explore change of pure strategy, exogenous variables to the influence of the main strategy choice. Finally, combining with the game theory analysis and simulation results, respectively, from the perspective of the government, the construction units and construction enterprises, puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of prefabricated construction, prefabricated construction in our country to implement a wide range of promotion. This study has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper introduces the research idea of the effective combination of evolutionary game and system dynamics into the development of prefabricated building, which further enriches and supplements the existing related theoretical system on the development of prefabricated building theoretically, and at the same time broadens the application field of system dynamics and evolutionary game theory. The countermeasures and Suggestions based on game model analysis and system simulation can provide reference for the development of prefabricated buildings to a certain extent, which is of great practical significance to promote the widespread popularization of prefabricated buildings in the construction industry and the realization of stage development goals. |
