Research On Quality Management For Urban Rail Transit Extension Line Operation Preparation

As an important solution to solve urban traffic problems,the subway is also booming with the progress of urbanization.With the continuous development of the construction plan,some existing subway lines will be extended to cover more areas and meet the needs of more people.Rail Transit Extension Project has the basic characteristics of a general new line such as complex system,professional and diverse,wide range of management,etc.In addition,it also has the problems of high equipment compatibility requirements,Interference with existing service lines,and limitation of human resourcest.It is necessary to formulate a scientific and effective operation preparation quality management plan through the project management theory and method to ensure the smooth opening of extensions.It is necessary to formulate a scientific and effective operational preparatory quality management plan through project management methods to ensure the successful opening of extensions.This thesis uses quality management theory to analyze the preparatory work for the extended operation of rail transit,discusses the factors affecting the preparatory operations and the main work of quality management.As a case study,the main tasks of personnel organization,equipment acceptance,comprehensive joint debugging,operation drills,text preparation,and trial operation of the Xiasha extension section of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 were analyzed,and the quality management methods were analyzed.It will provide reference for the preparation of rail transit new line and extension line projects.
