The uniform reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is an important test equipment for studying the tribological performance of reciprocating friction pairs.It has important practical significance in studying tribological performance of friction pair.At present,a lot of conventional friction and wear testing machine using a rotary motor as the power source of the testing machine to carry on the friction and wear experiment,the form of exercise between sample is rotary motion,it is difficult to accurately simulate some friction and wear between the components of reciprocating motion because of the limitation of motion form.If the rotating motor is used to complete the simulation of reciprocating motion,it is necessary to add the conversion device of movement form.Based on the development of the existing friction and wear test,the linear motor is used as the power driving device of the test machine.The research on reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is carried out,and some research results are obtained.Firstly,completed the tester determination of related parameters.Include determining the scope of testing machine loading force and the parameters of the motor running,the temperature of the heating system,etc.On the basis of clear know about performance requirements of the testing machine,through the function principle method design,completed the test machine function principle project,mainly including the driving motor,loading system and the scheme determination of guide rail.Then,after the design of mechanical structure and related parts selection,completed the establishment of testing machine model,including the motion system,clamping system,loading system,lubrication system and arrangement of sensor.And complete the design of control system of testing machine,including determine the principle and hardware of control system and acquisition system,in order to meet the control requirements of the tester.Finally,the static,modal and thermal analysis of the test machine were completed by ANSYS Workbench,and the rationality of the design of the testing machine was completed.Through the development of the testing machine,complete friction and wear test of specimen under different conditions,to study the impact of various factors on the tribological properties of friction elements,to determine the parameters of the friction element.It has great significance for the industrial production and practice to control the friction of mechanical equipment,reduce the wear of mechanical equipment and ensure the good operation of mechanical equipment.
