The Stirling engine heats the hydrogen or helium working fluid in the machine through an external heat source,performs a closed heat recovery cycle,and converts thermal energy into mechanical energy.It is precisely because of the operating characteristics of the closed-cycle heat recovery cycle of the Stirling engine that the sealing device must have a reliable sealing performance,and the excellent sealing material can better improve the sealing performance of the sealing device.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research on the tribology of oil-free lubricating materials.The use of PTFE as the sealing material for the substrate has led to a large number of experimental studies through the filling of different nano-particles.It has been found that PTFE composites are used as The wear resistance,self-lubricity,and thermal stability of seal materials are closely related to the efficiency and power of Stirling engines.It is of vital importance to study the friction and wear properties of the sealing material under high temperature and high pressure and for a long time.To achieve accurate selection of sealing materials,optimal material ratio,optimization of seal structure and predictive calculation of its life span,and only experimental methods are not realistic enough,so this paper combines experiments and simulations to perform friction and wear on sealing materials.Research and mutual verification.The main research content of this article is:(1)Start with the friction phenomenon,firstly,analyze the wear mechanism,classification,and the main factors affecting the wear.In the analysis process,we pay attention to the elaboration of basic theories and strive to find the basic theory in the complex wear process.Correctly analyze the wear form of the PTFE composite used in this subject on the ring-block friction and wear tester.(2)According to the requirements of numerical simulation,rationally design the experimental scheme of the ring-block friction and wear tester,experiment according to the different proportions of the sealing material and different experimental conditions,experimental parameters,and provide better for the establishment of the tester wear model.Material and test parameters,and verify its correctness.(3)In order to establish the wear simulation model of the friction and wear tester better,the friction wear surface of the tester was selected based on the Archard adhesion wear model,and the wear simulation model of the ring-block friction wear tester was established.(4)Finally,use the finite element software ANSYS to simulate the operation mechanism of the ring-block friction wear tester,obtain the simulation data in the tester's operation,analyze the data obtained from the simulation experiment with MATLAB software,and finally fit the test.Machine wear depth model.And mutual validation with experimental data.
