With the rapid development of aviation in recent years,structural optimization has been widely used in aircraft design.In field of structural design,topological optimization is the most studied and the most challenging one.The application of topological optimization design and analysis methods to the aircraft design can make some of the components not only achieve the effect of reducing weight,but also reduce the cost.In practical engineering applications,the analysis of topology optimization is often not in a single case,but a combination of multiple conditions to achieve optimal calculation.Therefore,it becomes more and more important to study the topological optimization problems of multi-condition structure in the field of aircraft structure design.In this paper,several methods and algorithms commonly used in structural topology optimization are introduced in detail.By comparing each method and algorithm,the advantages and limitations of the method are analyzed.A few simple questions that may arise in the topology optimization process,so the effective methods to solve these problems has been described briefly.Based on the introduction of structural topology optimization,a method of topological optimization of multi-condition structure is extended.Based on the research of SIMP model,this paper adopts the linear weight sum method in the weight method to transform the multi-conditions constraint problem into a single-objective constraint problem.Finally,taking a typical component of aircraft as the research object,under the constraints of multiple boundary condition constraints,the multi-condition structure topological optimization design was carried out.In the process of optimization,a mathematical model was built with the structure volume as the minimum objective function,and the discrete elements in the design area are used as variables,and the structural stress is used as the constraint.The optimization result has got a new topological structure,which meeting the design requirement and reducing the weight of the structure drastically.Based on the above analysis,the multi-condition structure topological optimization method occupies important significance in the practical engineering design.
