Building construction project is a high risk process for its huge investment,long cycle of construction,high requirements of technology and complicated internal and external relationship.It will result in enormous economic losses to enterprise,society even country once the project fails.Therefore,some of domestic large scale projects started to carry out risk management method in the construction project management,convert traditional post-emergency response strategy to pre-empty problem risk management mode and achieved good result.In the dissertation,the author draw on the systematic research on the risks of “Auto test center construction project of Nanjing F Company”,obtain the research result are as follows:1)Depend on experiences of the senior specialists in building construction field,use “Delphi method” to identify the risks in the project,establish the “project risk assessment index system”,which includes society risk,natural risk,economic risk,development party risk,design risk,construction risk,supervisor risk and supplier risk 8 categories and 35 risk factors.2)Analyze risk factors happening probability,influence levels to the project,evaluate the priority level of risk factors.Score the risk factors by means of specialists experience and establish project risk index model,use analytic hierarchy process(AHP),entropy-weight method and AHP-Entropy combination giving-weight-value method to do the numeric evaluation to risk factors,confirm the combination weights of each risk factor,and provide the data foundation for next step risk response.3)Combining with the project,targeted put forward risk prevention and response strategies based on risk factors combination weights,such as risk prevention,risk transfer,risk mitigation and risk retention,provide risk control method for the project.In the dissertation,the author adopts combination method of qualitative analysis and quantitation analysis,combination method of mathematical modeling and actual project analysis to research risk identification,risk analysis and risk response of “Auto test center construction project of Nanjing F Company”,not only helps the project management group effectively avoid,eliminate or reduce the risk loss during project execution,ensure the smooth implementation of engineering construction project,the research results but also can be used as a references for other similar project to carry out and apply risk management tools in project management,and enriches the research of domestic risk management theory and technology to a certain extent,which has strong theoretical and practical significance...
