With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the port transportation industry has also developed rapidly.The port is the logistics hub of China’s import and export trade.The port plays a vital role in international trade,and the port transportation industry is also developing rapidly.At present,China is in the peak period of port construction,and the demand for port machinery is also increasing.With the rapid growth of international transportation trade,the demand for container cranes has also increased greatly.Port is the logistics hub of China’s import and export trade.Quayside container crane as the main port container handling equipment,its structure is complex,it has diverse working conditions,and work environment is bad.It has many characteristics such as repeated work,large impact load and frequent use.In addition,there is the phenomenon of super service,based on these reasons,it has serious operational safety issues.It is a serious problem faced by the port that how to ensure the safe and stable operation of quayside container crane,and avoid the occurrence of major accidents,reduce the risk of accidents and ensure the orderly production of port.Therefore,it is very important to study the damage mode and risk assessment method of the quayside container crane,in order to determine the risk source,judge its damage form and analyze its potential risk.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)This dissertation analyzes the typical accident cases of quayside container crane at home and abroad in recent years.On the basis of summarizing the cause of the accident and the periodic inspection of the equipment,discusses the main damage mode and identification method of quayside container crane,and provides an important reference for the construction of risk assessment index system of quayside container crane;(2)This dissertation expounds the significance,purpose and process of risk assessment,and the construction principles of risk evaluation index system.On the basis of the research on the damage mode of the quayside container crane,the risk evaluation index system of quayside container crane is established,and it introduces the method to determine the evaluation value of the evaluation index and the method of determining the weight and membership degree.Also the theory of risk assessment based on fuzzy evaluation is discussed;(3)Select a quayside container crane as the research object,using the risk evaluation theory,based on the field measurement,risk assessment of five subsystems of quayside container crane respectively,and ultimately determine the quayside container crane’s risk level,to provide suggestions for the quayside container crane repair and maintenance;(4)The software system of risk assessment for quayside container crane is developed,which can realize the visualization of the risk assessment of quayside container crane.So the risk assessment of quayside container crane is more intelligent and the efficiency is greatly improved.
