Research On The Planning And Design For The Development Of Circular Economy In Zhangye Industrial Park

With the deepening of ecological civilization construction and the increasingly tight of ecological and environmental protection policies,the circular economy has gradually become an effective way to solve the problems of industrial development and ecological protection,and also the effective mode to promote the high-quality development of county economy.As the main carrier of the development of modern industrial circular economy,the circular economy demonstration park has become the focus of attention for its scientific and rational planning.Many countries and regions in the world have made a lot of explorations in the development of circular economy,summed up many valuable experiences,and also formed some classic replicable development models to accelerate the economic and social development process in underdeveloped regions.As one of the seven economy bases in Gansu Province,Zhangye will meet serious conflicts between the industrial economic development and its environmental protection as its urban transformation and industrialization process accelerates.It is highlighted that the situation facing ecological environmental protection will be more severe.The development of circular economy has become an inevitable choice for Zhangye to effectively deal with the relationship between ecological environmental protection and industrial economic development.Taking the Industrial Park in Zhangye as an example,Referring to the development mode of circular economy parks at home and abroad,by expounding the related theories of circular economy and industrial ecology,this paper aims to give a comprehensive analysis and summary of the basic situation,development advantages and problems faced by the circular economy of Zhangye Industrial Park.A development system should be built,focusing on electricity,coal,metallurgy and building materials with an emphasis of “intra-enterprise small-circulation,inter-industry chain circulation,regional industrial interaction cycle”,in order to establish a set of industrially-circular demonstration parks in line with traditional agricultural cities.This text also given the model and some specific suggestions for the further development of circular economy in Zhangye Industrial Park.I Hope this study can promote the development of industrial circular economy in underdeveloped areas.
