With the continuous development of science and technology,the technical level of producers is getting more and more smaller.And as a result,the difference between the quality of products is becoming more and more smaller,and the homogenization of products is becoming more and more serious.Under the buyer's market condition,The criterion for judging the quality of a product is no longer the technicians or the third party accreditation body,but the customers.It can be said that,the "customer first" market has arrived,customer satisfaction directly determines the product's reputation,sales and even the survival of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises pay more and more attention to customer satisfaction,and take it as the primary factor.In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy,people's living standard improve constantly and the vigorous development of China's automobile industry.The automobile which has already entered the ordinary people's house,facilitated the people's life and improved the quality of the people's life has become the people's transportation tool.According to a 2009 survey by the China Automobile Association,China has become the world's largest producer and seller of automobiles.Since then,China's auto sales have been rising.Therefore,China's automobile market is the target of the automobile manufacturers all over the world,and the competition is fierce and cruel.In such a fierce market competition environment,as China's automotive industry's independent brand and the leading commercial vehicle industry,Foton motor group Co.,Ltd.in order to achieve further development must pay much more attention to customer satisfaction.This research studies the Foton times M3 automobile of Foton Company.Through investigation and research,we build the satisfaction evaluation index system for the Foton times M3.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to assign the index weight,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to process and analyze the survey data,and to evaluate the survey results comprehensively.Then,analyzing the fuzzy evaluation results of the Foton times M3,grasping the consumption feelings of the Foton times M3 customers,finding out the advantages and disadvantages of the Foton times M3,providing targeted strategies for the future improvement of the Foton times M3,and improving the customer satisfaction of the Foton times M3.In order to make the Foton times M3 standing out in similar automobiles.
