Lean Production is the most acknowledged revolutionary production method in the industrial history,the core concept is to maximize the custom value,and focus to reduce the unnecessary cost adding activities in each p roduction procedures,and to avoid waste phenomenon,through constantly improvement,cost deduction,quality improvement,and by shorten the delivery time period,to satisfy customs demands.By follow the Global economic integration trend,and the constantly escalated competition level.Nowadays in the highly competed automotive market,the traditional management methods are hardly to meet its various custom satisfactory.By understanding the research and application status of lean production at home and abroad widely,studying the theoretical knowledge,tools and methods,promoting the core ideas and principles of lean production,the author get a clear knowledge in the lean production system.The author demonstrated current status of the company.Through investigation/interview/comparison;there are 7 p roblems to be found in the Lean Production field,that include the imperfection on the improvement proposal mechanism,the irrational on distribution between suppliers and equipments,lack of Lean production on field management,the deviate practiced lean production principle on plan management,the absent understanding on stock control,the understated awareness on quality control,the difficulty to practice on TPM.By doing brainstorm from related staffs,4 causes of these problems have been discovered,namely organization cause,employee quality,performance,company culture.The author laid out improvement strategies in detail toward finding problems.Performance index has been given to organization and individuals in perfecting the improvement proposal.Index reward and improvement save rewards have been creatively introduced.The supplier and equipment site distribution improvement proposals have been presented in terms of Lean Production.By enhancing 5S field management,creating ordered working field,increasing Line body balance rate,training of more multi-skilled workers,and improving line switching efficiency,to stop advance production plan in terms of lean production theory.Promoting the best balance based production plan and the assessment standards toward fluctuation rate of the rolling plan,and 5 days order management.Suggest improvement proposal in promoting ‘zero stock'.Enhancing zero flaw concept in terms of ‘quality first',improving change point management and errors prevent practice,suggesting standard work procedures.Author emphasizes the distinct obligations in implementing TPM,improving lower frequency operation and executing effectiveness in reacting plans.The assurance methods in Lean production improvement have been clarifi ed.Improving Leaning production organization and meeting system in performing highly effectively organization pattern,establishing that of skill match to position environment in building lean Production expert team,improving the training on Lean Product ion knowledge,improving the aspiration on individual position,implementing Lean Production master subsidies,setting up the organization and individual performance index in improving performance management,enhancing assurance of multi-dimensional performance assessment.By carrying out crisis training and regular activities,building benchmark and long-term promoting system are set up in achieving constantly improv ing culture.It provides reference to Chinese enterprises in promoting lean production opti mization;it also brings the reference system to china automotive industry;and it explains the methodological of large manufacturers use in improving its standard operation system,TPM,and storage management in terms of giving model/strategy/method reference materials and cases.
