Trifluoromethanesulfonic acid is a kind of super strong organic acid,which has been widely used in medicine,plastics industry and electronic chemical industry in recent years.Trifluoromethanesulfonic acid will inevitably leak during the production process,and it is volatile and has strong corrosive properties.Exposure to the air causes great harm and threat to workers.The volatile trifluoromethanesulfonic acid gas is quickly and accurately detected.It can effectively reduce the danger of workers and improve work efficiency.However,at present,there is no professional sensor probe in China to provide detection of material leakage.Therefore,it is urgent to design an onsite trifluoromethanesulfonic acid gas detector that is reasonably priced,simple to operate,and easy to carry.In this paper,ARM-based trifluoromethanesulfonic acid gas leak detection is the research topic.Since there is no detection sensor for this kind of gas,finding a suitable sensor to detect its leakage is the focus of this design.By analyzing the physical properties and chemical properties of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid,the working principle of various types of gas sensors was studied.It was finally determined that the air quality sensor and the air temperature and humidity sensor were used together to detect the leakage of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid gas.The method detects the substance and completes the design of the hardware system software system.This gas detection utilizes embedded technology.The components of the hardware are designed in the form of modules.The ARM chip is used as the control leader,and the sound and light alarm module,signal conditioning circuit,data processing module,display module and power module are designed.Similarly,the software part is designed with data acquisition subroutine,digital filtering subroutine,data processing subroutine and data display subroutine.In the digital filtering subroutine,the algorithm is used to process the interfering signal generated by the median average filtering method.For the occasional pulse interference,the sampling value deviation caused by it can be eliminated,the periodic interference is well suppressed,the practical application value of the instrument is improved,and the detection fineness is ensured.The test of the system is completed under the existing experimental conditions.Through testing,it was verified that the trifluoromethanesulfonic acid gas leak detector realized the basic functions and met the basic needs of the users.The function of the portable trifluoromethanesulfonic acid gas detection device was implemented according to the process.The foundation for stability,safety,reliability,economy and practicality has been laid.
