With the development of innovation for electric market in China,power supply enterprise has gradually transformed from monopoly industry to a service enterprise,and the operating environment has also from distribution of power and limitation of electricity change to a service customers oriented.Therefore,the quality of power supply services will affect the power supply business survival directly.In order to find out the issues in the power supply services,understand the factors for customer satisfaction,and improve quality of power supply services measures,this assignment is get an example of Zhangqiu Electricity company,work out the customer satisfaction survey.This assignment is on the basis of the customer satisfaction theory and service marketing theory,the methods used in this paper are literature research and survey,get secondary data source,focus on the situation of Zhangqiu Electricity Company,customer satisfaction and analysis the actual issue in Zhangqiu Electricity Company.The survey is selected the customer from numerous areas in Zhangqiu,understand the users' opinions on customer services and quality,thereby obtaining service system of comprehensive evaluation.Then using the SPSS data processing software for data analysis,optimize the energy recommendations for improving the level of Zhangqiu customer satisfaction.This assignment is combined with own experience for working in power enterprise,focus on the collated and analysed the problems.Consequently,the issues in Electricity Company are mainly: quality of product problem,employee management problem,the charge of electricity problem and services,all of these problems will directly influence the customer satisfaction.For the sake of improve these situation,the author is aim at the investigation of issues for customer satisfaction,suggest the improvement measures to perfect the customer satisfaction,bring the new ideas for power supply enterprise development,and promote its competitive and improve the company goodwill.In the long-term run,the assessment of power supply customer satisfaction will enhance the management of Zhangqiu Electricity Company,increase the economic benefit and provide the basis for the industry investigation study.
