Principles And Implementation Method Of Transformation Design

With the development of the material civilization of human society,the demand of the consumer to the product is constantly changing.In the past,the industrial products with a single function and stiff appearance had gradually lost its appeal to the consumers.The user demand is no longer confined to the basic functional requirements,but to pursue higher expectations and excitement demand.In the process of improving product satisfaction,The resource consumption and low efficiency of product performance has become one of the important issues that need to be solved in the market.Therefore,designers should try to use innovative design methods to meet the needs of the development of diverse users.The morphology of the products conversion design is one of the important way to achieve the products multifunctional integration,Through the product changes in spatial and temporal dimensions can show different forms to meet the different needs of users.Through conversion can also further expand the product scope of application,and make the products has increased the potential function of aesthetic,which is an ideal way to improving the performance of smaller investment products.Based on the relevant research,the product form conversion design,conversion method,design process,and the research flow was put forward.the main research contents are:(1)Based on the theory of product dynamic evolution and product integrated innovation,proposed a multi form concept and discusses the possibility of the existence of multiple product forms and realization method.The paper discusses the mutual relations of products' "form" and "state" and the transformation process.(2)Study on the structure and the guiding methods could be used in the conversion process of products forms.The implications and promoting function of the conversion principle and the conversion operator to the design process are defined.Combined with TRIZ on the conversion principle were summarized and concluded a series of new conversion operator.Through a large number of actual product sample,the meaning and structure of each conversion operator are discussed in detail.(3)To establish a complete design flow of the form transformation.The introduction of scenario analysis theory to extract the user demand.Introducing resource analysis theory and the establishment of product chromosome analogy model assisted new structure shape design,through the hybridization product and cutting method fusion products of various forms and using the conversion operator principle and the morphology of the products to complete the conversion design.(4)Through innovation of agricultural spray rod spraying machine,EMU trains and wheeled child three product improvement shows the transformation design of the specific operation methods and processes,which is presented with a wide for detailed design of product conceptual model,by improving the performance of the products is improved and expanded the scope of application of products.
