Light gauge steel framed residence consists of a combination of walls,composite floor,roof and maintenance of structures,usually used for three or less suitable of villas,hotels,schools and other low-rise buildings,the system has been widely used in the United States,Japan,Australia and many other countries,with the developed countries company and its products the influx of light steel structure,the system application in the construction industry in our country is also growing.Light gauge steel framed residence has two installation methods: a comprehensive law and sub-hoisting mounting method.Integrated installation method is to first lifting a unit(typically a column between)steel column(4—6 root),corrected immediately fixed after hoisting the roof beams,roof purlins,etc.lifting a unit member,correction,after the end of fixed,turn to the next unit.Minute piece lifting method is after all the steel column lifting is completed,install the roof beams,roof(wall)color steel purlins.This architecture appears to facilitate the construction,in fact,the low level of industrialization,assembled at the construction site needs a lot of members and cumbersome.A new type of slab consists of metal frame and precast foam concrete is put forword in this paper,the slab is a highly prefabricated factory production,the scene can be directly bolt assembly of precast floor,construction site,no wet operations significantly shorten the construction period.The slab is not only for single—span simply supported assembly to be two—span continuous assembly.The slab has many advantages: light weight,low cost,good durability,good insulation sound insulation installation speed.The experimental phenomena and failure characteristics of six specimens during load were studied in this paper,stress and deformation characteristics obtained precast slabs were analyzed and contrasted each specimen span moment under different loading methods-vertical displacement curve and moment-strain curves of concrete and impact analysis of the foam padding with different ways to load bearing capacity of the specimen;combined with experimental data for the calculation of such theories floor made a preliminary inquiry.
