The development of industrialization of buildings has promoted the country's vigorous development of prefabricated buildings.Light steel keel composite wall panels have the advantages of high assembly degree and quick construction,and have been widely used in the world.The traditional light steel keel composite wall panel adopts Ctype steel keel,and the joint seam is easily formed at the joint between the wall panels;the thermal conductivity of the steel is much larger than the thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation material,and a thermal bridge is formed at the light steel keel.In order to improve the disadvantages of the traditional light steel keel composite wall panel,this study design a S-type light steel keel insulation composite wallboard with open round holes in the web.The S-type light steel keel insulation composite wall panel is shaped into a tongueand-groove at the outer edge of the wall panel,which improve the problems of waterproofing,fireproofing,thermal insulation and the like due to the existence of the joint seam of the assembled light steel keel composite wall panel;The opening of the round hole at different positions on the S-type light steel keel web increases the heat transfer path and solves the thermal bridge problem of the light steel keel composite wall panel.This research mainly studies C-type light steel keel,S-type light steel keel,S5-0-5 light steel keel with 5 rows of long round holes in the upper and lower webs of S-type light steel keel,in S5-0-5 The middle section of the light steel keel has three rows of long round holes of S5-3-5 light steel keel and four types of light steel keels.In order to solve the thermal bridge problem of the above four kinds of light steel keel composite wall panels,the heat transfer test of four light steel keel composite wall panels was carried out,and four light steel keel composite wall panels were analyzed by ABAQUS finite element analysis software.At the same time,four steel keel composite wall panels were tested for study,in order to study the bending resistance of them.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Compared with traditional C-type light steel keel composite wallboard,S5-0-5 light steel keel thermal insulation composite wall panel and S5-3-5 light steel keel thermal insulation composite wall panel,significantly reduce light steel keel thermal insulation composite The heat transfer coefficient of the wallboard significantly improves the temperature of the indoor surface of the wall panel of the light steel keel,and solves the thermal bridge problem of the light steel keel composite wall panel;(2)S5-0-5 light steel keel composite wall panel and S5-3-5 light steel keel composite wall panel have good bending capacity and meet the requirements of normal use.
