With the rapid development of computer technology,the finite element software are widely used in civil engineering,mechanical engineering,nuclear industry,electrical engineering and fields of other technologies.Finite element software such as ANSYS,ADINA,MIDAS,ABAQUS have become the representatives in the current world.Because of the high efficiency of calculation and modeling,ANSYS is easy to learn and outstands in a number of finite element software.In recent years,China's rapid economic development,continuous improvement of the design standard and the aging of structures make some large infrastructure cannot meet the current requirements.Consequently,several reinforcement methods have emerged.As a new material,Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)has broad application prospects in the field of concrete structure reinforcement.In the past,the carbon fiber reinforced concrete members without applying prestress cannot exert the material property to the maximum extent,and the technology of the prestressed CFRP plate can effectively solve that problem.The research of the reinforced concrete beams strengthened with prestressed carbon fiber polymer is mostly confined to the experiments,and that of numerical simulation is insufficient.Based on the previous experiment,this paper simulate and analyze the effect of CFRP plate reinforcement with ANSYS.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.ANSYS simulation analysis method is studied to solve the application of prestress on CFRP plate and the problem of contact between concrete components and prestressed CFRP plate;In order to achieve the nonlinear convergence,the grid density should be suitable and the unit size should be around 50 mm.Besides,the reasonable convergence criterion should be adopted.2.The nonlinear simulation analysis have been carried out in 6 prestressed CFRP bending test components.Comparing with the test results the simulation results are good,such as the specimen characteristic loads,crack development,strain coordination of carbon plate with steel and deflection load curve,which verified the rationality of the model built in this paper and the analysis of ANSYS calculation method.3.Tests show that: before the steel yield,CFRP plates and reinforcements bearing the tension,while the strain compatibility of the two is improved by applying prestress,and the utilization ratio of CFRP plate is increased.However,through the simulation results of ANSYS analysis for the fiber distribution rate,the prestress should be controlled in a certain range,that prestress controlled in 40%~60%.When the prestress is 60% strain,CFRP plates and reinforcements are in the best synergy.4.Using spring-rigid region model in ANSYS to simulate adhesive and analysis the nonlinear peeling failure mode of reinforced beams,which is meaningful for engineering determining the minimum stress strength of adhesive.
