| In response to the national policy,China’s rural housing construction is in full swing,and has played a huge role in promoting the development of rural economy and even the national economy.In order to adapt to the new trend of the whole construction industry,the author participates in and puts forward the idea of a new type of assembled integral village house,which combined with the green ecosystem deeply as the design concept.Building Information Modeling(BIM),as an emerging technology in the field of building engineering,has the characteristics of visibility,coordination,simulation,optimization,and so on.These characteristics lay a theoretical foundation for the application of BIM in the whole life cycle of Engineering projects.The application of BIM technology in the design,production,construction and management of the new assembled integral village house,will not only successfully solve the previous problem,but also bring new ideas and methods for the research on this field.In this paper,the author conducts the research in the context of a new type pf assembled integral village house.Hebei Institute of Building researched this type of village house and the author has participated in.The paper applies practice design as the research method,Using BIM technology to emphatically study the design and optimization of the new type pf assembled integral village house.The main research work and achievements are as follows:1.Putting forward a new type of assembled monolithic rural house and a design mentality based on BIM technology.According to the diversity housing demand of the rural residents in Shijiazhuang area.The author designs a new type of rural residence which can meet the functional requirements,structural safety,energy conservation,environmental protection,and beautiful modelling.2.Putting forward the design method of BIM modular building suitable for assembled integral village house,according to the analysis of modular residential space design,establish the module library based on BIM technology,providing a wealth of resources for the design of new rural housing.3.The author applies the BIM technology software to optimize the design of new ural residential buildings,such as determining the best orientation,sunshine distance,and shading form by analyzing the located climate;optimizing the layout of the building by analyzing the light environment,to meet the demand of lighting in the main function room;and optimizing the energy saving design of the whole structure,as well as leading solar photovoltaic into new rural residence.4.This paper studies the creation and improvement of the prefabricated component library based on BIM,the component separation and the optimization design of prefabricated components.Finally,the paper has carried out the simulated construction of the whole model housing project. |
