Research On Design Method Of Assembly House Based On Modular Coordination

At present,China is in the sprint stage of establishing a comprehensive well-off society,and the critical period of the economic restructuring.In this period,the real requirements for Chinese estate is to upgrade the traditional residential construction model as soon as possible,to develop of more energy efficient,more efficient technical means of productivity.In this context,the state is calling for the development of assembly-style residential,and striving to increase the proportion of the new assembly-style construction area to new construction area to 30%,in the next ten years.Therefore,this study focuses on combing the development history of assembly houses in Europe,America and Japan,and understanding the directions of each countries in the study,and combining with the latest assembly-type residential construction technology,using modular coordination as the starting point,to analyze the workflow and handling techniques of assembly-designing,in order to deepen the people's understanding and research interest of residential industrialization and assembly design.And the ultimate purpose is to lay a solid foundation of upcoming high-speed of the assembly-type residence.The research methods of this paper have the methods of reading literature,field research,interviewing practitioners and consulting instructors,and this paper has the following contributions.(A)The article specifies the economic and social environment in which the development of the assembled residential buildings in China,to explain the necessity and urgency of the development of residential assembly,and to understand our current policy-advantages and standardization in this field.(B)The article explains the related concepts of assembly type and building modular system and the logical relationship between them.Combining their development process at China and abroad,it is clear that the modular coordination is the key for residential assembly.(C)The paper analyzes the assembled residential system,decomposes the assembled house into several residential parts according to the main function space of the house,and analyzes the size of each function space,to select the modular of the assembled design.(D)The paper will determine the basic modulus,the priority modulus,and further determine how to set the modulus grids,and then explain the different modulus grids positioning,and finally based on the standardization of assembly-type residential to select the appropriate positioning.(E)The article uses the modular co-ordination to achieve the standardized design,and then uses the building-block-design approach to try more flexible design method,and finally combined with the relevant case analysis,to more vividly descript the modular,building-block design theory.
