Design Of Semi-Automatic Positioning System For Cleaning Vehicle Based On Hydraulic Shock Absorber

In this paper,a new hydraulic shock absorber type damping deceleration control system is designed based on the cleaning machine of hydropower station.This system is mainly through the assembly of the cleaning vehicle and the hydraulic shock absorber,as well as the contact of the hydraulic shock absorber and the limit seat of the cleaning hole during the moving process of the vehicle,to achieve the purpose of the vehicle slowing down to the accurate stop at the limit seat to clean up the pollution.The positioning system,which make use of the hydraulic shock absorber damping characteristics,at the same time,considering the hydraulic shock absorber under the horizontal also has a stable job characteristics,and then through the compression stroke of hydraulic shock absorber and stretching of different damping force to achieve the cart from the run to the shock absorber is slowing down to stop the stable operation of the work.In this paper,we use Pro/E software and CAD drawing software to map the positioning system of the required components of the three-dimensional simulation diagram and 2 d figure,and using the ANSYS analysis software of hydraulic shock absorber damping characteristics,namely the hydraulic shock absorber valve plates plays the leading role in the analysis of the load and deformation,and the application of hydraulic shock absorber on the driving speed related formula and related data analysis to determine the feasibility of the system.The establishment of the system is helpful to solve application is still in manual operation of the sewage disposal machine hydropower station on the rack cleaner cart position need to be manned and the orientation of artificial time is too long,low efficiency,is a very practical and convenient control system,greatly improve the efficiency of the sewage disposal plant,to power plant for trash rack head loss caused by dirt,smaller problems such as the output of generating unit and on the boot and run time efficiency provides substantial help,improve the efficiency of the power plant,to power the actual power generation benefits lead to improvements in a certain extent.
