Research On Pressure Distribution Measurement And Analysis System Based On LabVIEW

As an important aspect of tactile sensing and human motion measurement,pressure distribution measurement and analysis has increasingly attracted the interest and attention of related researchers.The pressure distribution measurement can be applied to the tactile measurement of the robot to obtain the pressure condition between the robot and the contact surface to make feedback or control.The pressure distribution measurement can also be applied in medical diagnosis and sports rehabilitation,etc.Therefore,the development of a system for measuring and analyzing the distribution pressure between contact surfaces has important theoretical research significance and engineering application value.Pressure distribution measurement system is mainly composed of pressure sensor array,array data acquisition circuit,data acquisition and processing software modules.Focusing on these three modules,the main work about doing research on pressure distribution measurement and analysis systems is as follows:(1)Experimentally comparing the commonly used flexible pressure-sensitive materials currently used in the field of experimental research,select materials with relatively good effects to form a sensor array.(2)Design the pressure distribution and measurement signal acquisition hardware system with STM32F4 as the main control chip,including the signal conditioning circuit and the array scanning circuit,and compile the array sensor data acquisition program.(3)Design the data acquisition system software based on LabVIEW,collect the lower computer,complete the communication between the upper and lower computers,and process and analyze the collected data to realize the data storage and playback functions.(4)Perform experiments on the pressure distribution measurement sensing system to verify the validity of the system.To measure the pressure distribution between the contact surfaces,make an analysis of the data collected,and track the change trajectory of the pressure distribution center or other points.
