| Under the trend to green,energy-efficient buildings in the construction industry,foamed concrete and passive houses have been widely researched and applied at home and abroad.The foamed concrete shear wall passive house tries to combine the self-developed strong and high thermal resistance foamed concrete with passive house,this system has the advantages of self-insulation,self air tightness,self waterproofing,good integrity,excellent mechanical performance,easy to construct,low price and wide application.This article will consider Anhui Huangshan Tao Xingzhi memorial hall as the research object,it is guided by the climate analysis and design strategy,guaranteed by the passive house construction technology and procedure,tested by the experiments and energy consumption simulation.This passive house is studied from the above three aspects,and the following work is mainly carried out.Through research on climate characteristics and analysis on design strategy,climate characteristics of Anhui Huangshan are obvious monsoon and distinct four seasons,mild climate and moderate rainfall,changeable spring temperature and refreshing autumn air,prominent plum rain and concentrated summer rain,hot summer and cold winter.Through Ecotect software analysis,adopting the combination of passive design strategies in Huangshan area can improve the building indoor comfort percentage of each month,the the most obvious effects are the passive solar heating,ventilation and increasing the thermal storage capacity of enclosures.It is considered that windows should not be ventilated in passive houses at home and abroad,however,in summer hot and cold winter areas,residents often use draught to reduce indoor temperature,according to the theory of comfort,it is proposed that the passive house in the hot summer and cold winter zone can meet the comfort requirements of indoor households only through natural ventilation in the transition season,there is no need to open heating or cooling equipment and fresh air system,which can make contributions to reduce the building energy consumption.In the construction process and process,the high strength and high thermal resistance foamed concrete invented by the research group is adopted in the external wall,the wall is designed as self insulation shear wall,which saves the traditional passive house insulation layer laying,construction cost and shortens the construction period.Because of the airtightness of the foamed concrete,there is no need to make the airtight layer,and no need for passive house special socket.Because of the high thermal resistance of the foaming concrete,there is no need to break the cold and heat bridge between the foundation and the wall.The outer windows adopt the world’s leading domestic transparent toughened vacuum glass,the SHCC of the outdoor window is 0.40 in winter and 0.15 in summer,the external window meets the need of good air tight,water tight and anti-wind pressure performance.By using PKPM software to simulate reference architecture and then compare the specification limit,due to the large size of the building,energy saving rate cannot be further improved.The small size of the building and the low efficiency of the small air conditioning system results in high energy consumption.By studying passive house on the suitability of different climate zones,it is concluded that only use appropriate technology in suitable areas can achieve the desired energy saving effect,the behavior energy conservation is still the key to residential buildings,energy-saving technologies and products should be developed.By using the DeST software,the thermal environment will be analyzed by introducing natural ventilation into the building during the transition season.It provides reference for the passive house in Jiangsu and other hot summer and cold winter zones about reducing building energy consumption through natural ventilation.Tao Xingzhi memorial hall should be optimized in fresh air system,external shading. |
