In order to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry,green construction has become the requirement and development trend of the project construction.However,there are many problems in the implementation of green construction,among which the inaccuracy of green construction evaluation is one of the important reasons.It puts forward a set of ontology-based evaluation method of green construction,aiming to improve the level of green construction evaluation.Firstly,10 green construction evaluation criterias and 77 related journals are established as the source of green construction evaluation index extraction,and the key sentences of green construction evaluation are extracted based on semantic clustering.The evaluation index ontology is constructed,and actualizes the semantic analysis with the key sentences of green construction evaluation,to establish the green construction evaluation index system,with the determined evaluation criteria.Secondly,it implements the IFC expansion and expression of the green construction evaluation indexes,and establishes the IFC extended attribute set and express-G chart,relating the green construction evaluation information to BIM model.Then,it raises the mapping framework of EXPRESS language to OWL language,to map IFC data,and expresses the IFC green construction evaluation parameters in OWL language.Then,it constructs BIM shared ontology and BIM construction ontology.The green construction evaluation indexes are modeled and formalized based on Protégé.It constructs the BIM knowledge base,and the classes,object attributes,datatype properties and instances creation are analyzed.On the basis of BIM knowledge base,it establishes SWRL rules with the method of knowledge reasoning,and actualizes green construction evaluation based on Drools reasoning to obtain the evaluation result.In addition,the optimization measures of green construction are put forward based on the evaluation results with the method of SPARQL query.Furthermore,it uses the method of knowledge-reuse to actualize the similarity retrieval in project instances based on the BIM knowledge base,to determine the green construction scheme of project and store them.Finally,it analyzes the function requirement and application flow of BIM knowledge base,and designs the management information system of BIM knowledge base.Based on the ontology theory and BIM theory,it makes contribution in the building of green construction evaluation index system,the IFC expression and OWL mapping of evaluation index,and the application of ontology knowledge base and knowledge reasoning in evaluation.
