The data center power supply and distribution system serves as the basis for ensuring the operation of the communication service system and is a key concern for the construction of the data center.The application of high-voltage DC power supply systems in the field of communications has gradually become widespread.However,the technological equipment at various stages of the industrial chain and power supply system is not yet mature,and there are defects in safety,reliability,energy conservation and environmental protection.The thesis discusses the feasibility of combining new technologies with DC power supply systems.The program and the design of specific solutions for the relevant issues.Based on the discussion of the performance advantages and feasibility of high-voltage DC power supply technology,the article elaborated on the various components of the high-voltage DC power supply system in the data center and the working principle of the system.Combining the power electronics and energy storage technologies in development,some new methods have emerged in the power supply systems of data center.A decentralized power supply architecture based on 240 V high voltage DC + lithium iron phosphate battery is proposed to ensure system reliability and improve energy resource utilization.In view of the current shortage of DC circuit breakers for protection of data center high-voltage DC power supply systems,the combination of mechanical breaker and single power electronic device is proposed for the first time.The short-term overcurrent capability of the power electronic device assists in breaking the fault current.The current limiting inductance and energy absorption circuit in the circuit breaker topology protect the switch tube under safe working conditions.The design of the hybrid DC circuit breaker is based on the IGBT as the main body of the branch circuit,and it is easy to drive the voltage-controlled power electronic device.Many mature driver ICs are available for use.The DC circuit breaker has a simple structure and good performance.Reasonably selecting a corresponding capacity of the IGBT switch tube can further reduce the production cost.In this thesis,the design of each branch of the design of the hybrid DC circuit breaker is modeled,and then the timing control analysis of each submodule is performed to verify the overall breaking performance of the circuit breaker.In the context of power distribution protection,specific insulation monitoring schemes for DC power supply systems are proposed.A single-core magnetically modulated leakage current transformer was designed and manufactured.The test verified that it can accurately measure mA-level DC leakage current.The last chapter starts with the distribution of the overall energy consumption of the data center and elaborates the energy management strategies for each subsystem.The thesis discusses the mechanism and strategy of renewable energy application research in data center,puts forward the REUR value optimization model,and summarizes the coordinated operation control method of data center high voltage DC power supply system accessing green energy.In view of the widespread distribution of photovoltaic power generation and the convenience of accessing high-voltage direct current power supply systems,the solar photovoltaic cell model and its maximum power point tracking control have been studied.
