As an important protective device in the power supply system,the intelligent leakage circuit breaker plays a very important role in protecting the personal safety and people's property,so,its reliable and stable operation is critical.The stability and reliability of the power supply module directly affect the performance of the circuit breaker,so,this paper firstly designs the power module of circuit breaker.In addition,in order to guarantee the performance of the circuit breaker to meet the requirements,this paper makes a deep research on the automatic test technology of the intelligent module of the circuit breaker.Firstly,according to the different application field of the intelligent leakage circuit breaker,different power modules are designed.the three-phase power supply module is designed to realize the normal operation of the intelligent leakage circuit breaker under the condition of lack of phase and the switching mode power supply module is designed to realize the fast voltage regulation of the output voltage with wide range input voltage.Secondly,the main circuit module of the intelligent leakage circuit breaker is analyzed,and the fault types of each module are determined.The general requirements and excitation signals for the testing of the intelligent leakage circuit breaker are presented,and general test plan is formulated with inspection principle.Thirdly,this paper designs the hardware and software of the automatic test system.The hardware design includes the testability design of the test circuit board and the design of the host computer system,signal processing system,interface unit,power supply system and communication module;The software design includes the design of the main program,PCB board test procedure without power supply,PCB board test procedure with power supply,fault diagnosis procedures and error correction procedures.In this paper,the fault diagnosis and error correction methods are analyzed,and the method to reduce the system error by improving the software algorithm is proposed based on the traditional test method.Finally,the test of the function for different power supply module is carried out.Functions of automatic inspection system are tested,including PCB board test without power supply,PCB board test with power supply,fault diagnosis and error correction.Test results show that the power supply module and automatic test system designed in this paper meet the practical application requirements.
