| As the aerospace industry in China booms,more and more aerocraft flight tests are being carried out.The flight test is the key link to evaluate the indicators of aerocraft and production quality.In order to obtain various data information in the flight vehicle test,it is necessary to measure the flight status by using the aerocraft TT &C(Telemetry Track and Command)equipment and implement necessary control.Different flight vehicle tests require different types of equipment and different equipment layouts.There are many kinds and large quantities of the component equipment of the aerocraft TT &C system.Its layout is decentralized and it moves very frequently.There are both new and old equipment,with high reliability requirements for work.It requires a high technical level and rapid guarantee capability and certain forward-looking for the maintenance management,state adjustment and fault repair of the equipment.In order to change the original extensive and single management mode of the aerocraft TT &C equipment,better master the working status of various aerocraft TT &C equipment,predict the future working state and failure possibility of the aerocraft TT &C equipment,and better realize the remote remote management and health prediction of the TT &C equipment,according to the actual requirement of the management and maintenance of the aerocraft TT &C equipment,an integrated management and control system for the aerocraft TT &C equipment based on private IP network is designed in this paper by using IP network,remote monitoring,database technology and other technologies,and the function of remote control of the management and control equipment is realized,and the system is evaluated by examples and analysis of the experimental results.The system can perform remote status monitoring,information collection and processing,information query and control on the TT &C equipment via the local area network,and can predict the state of a certain period of time in the future according to the historical data of TT &C equipment with a certain probability and the possibility of failure of a certain component or subsystem in the future.It has now been completed and put into use.The actual use shows that the aerocraft integrated control system designed in this paper can accurately grasp the state of the equipment,and provide technical basis for the management and maintenance of the TT &C equipment;it can realize reasonable coordination and centralized management of the equipment resources,and improve the efficiency of resource allocation;it can improve the success rate of equipment testing and reduce cost;it can improve the guarantee capability of equipment and the emergency response capability for the fault of equipment. |
