| Since entering the 21 st century,China’s shipbuilding industry as a whole has developed by leaps and bounds,and China has developed into a world shipbuilding power.As the scale of shipbuilding enterprises continues to expand and the number of introduced shipbuilding equipment continues to increase,there is a mixed use of old and new equipment in the same workshop.Due to the lack of data interface for some of these old equipment and other reasons,it is difficult to carry out the work of networking of CNC equipment at the bottom of the workshop.In order to improve the situation,this thesis starts the research of image-based remote monitoring system of CNC equipment in shipbuilding workshop.This thesis takes the CNC equipment in the group stand-up workshop and the segmentation first digital workshop of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Firstly,we investigate and analyze the CNC equipment in each workshop at each station,and initially determine the networkable equipment based on the existence of controllers.Then the networkable equipment is divided into industrial PC,PLC and CNC system equipment according to the different controllers,and the corresponding communication plan is made according to this.Finally,the network topology is determined according to the actual situation of the workshop,and the equipment layout scheme is given.Due to the age of some shipbuilding equipment,some data transmission interfaces of numerical control equipment are destroyed or do not exist,so it is impossible to collect data of numerical control equipment directly through field bus and industrial Ethernet.In this thesis,character recognition technology is applied to the data acquisition of CNC equipment.Through EAST text detection algorithm,text area detection is performed on the human-machine interface of CNC equipment,and with the cooperation of CRNN character recognition module,real-time information data of CNC equipment is obtained,which makes up for the defect that the equipment data cannot be collected due to the lack of data transmission interface.Since EAST text detection algorithm lacks long text detection capability,this thesis uses ASPP network with hole convolution feature and Dice Soft Loss to improve the algorithm,and the simulation experiment results show that the improved EAST text detection algorithm not only has high sense field and long text detection capability,but also has high The detection rate and recognition accuracy of the algorithm meet the basic requirements of data collection.Finally,the development software Eclipse,Tomcat 7.0 and JDK1.7 are used to build the SSM framework and system development,and the communication module is designed based on TCP/IP and other protocols to receive real-time data information sent from the underlying equipment,and Mybatis and JPA software are used with My SQL database to complete the management and storage of equipment data.On the basis of the original business process of the research group stand-up workshop and segment first digital workshop,the development of Web-based remote monitoring system for shipbuilding equipment is carried out by using Dreamweaver software and B/S architecture to realize the management of personnel information,release of production plan and real-time display of CNC equipment data,so as to improve the utilization rate of CNC equipment at each workstation of the shipbuilding workshop and the overall production efficiency of each workshop. |
