Research On Hospital Architecture Design Under Complex Topography

Hospital building is a traditional type of high energy consumption and high pollution building,which is an important public service institution for human to fight against diseases and protect life and health.The implementation of sustainable building design and energy-saving and environmental protection measures for hospital building is the key to realizing global low-carbon energy saving.The establishment of "green hospital" and the implementation of sustainable hospital architectural design has become an important initiative at present.The realization of green hospital building not only provides patients with comfortable and convenient medical environment,but also can reduce urban environmental pollution,reduce construction cost,save social resources,further improve the overall image of Chinese cities,and improve the urban functional pattern.With the development of China's social economy,population growth,people's growing demand for medical services is also increasingly high,the shortage of medical and health resources,the existing medical resources are not rationalized,so that the new or reconstruction of the hospital building in line with China's national conditions is imminent.Especially in recent years,along with the transition of the medical concepts,new technology revolution,hospital information,intelligent construction requirements,the building structure of our country traditional hospital early,space,and construction scale is far cannot meet the requirement of function,along with our country government in the health of the 12 th five-year plan released old supports a large number of hospitals in China in order to improve the medical environment,in the original basis expansion,due to the highly intensive urban development in our country,central city land tensions,most of the early construction of hospitals in China is located in the downtown area,the hospital can be used for land for expansion of the tension,the complex terrain,In particular,the hospital expansion project of sloping city is particularly prominent.Due to the complex topography,the difficulty of the project construction is increased,but at the same time,the complex and changeable topographic height difference of the slope also provides an opportunity for the design of the hospitalThe research of this topic is to adapt to the development of China's national conditions and provide theoretical reference for the sustainable design of hospital buildings in China.This article first analyzes the new tendency of the development of the hospital,through theanalysis of domestic and foreign excellent green hospital building design cases,with the principle of sustainable development support,combined with the feature of local region,from the overall planning and layout,indoor and outdoor environment,hospital intellectualization construction sustainable design approach for the analysis of hospital buildings is studied and the technical measures of energy conservation and environmental protection.Combined with the characteristics of slope buildings,some new design methods for hospital building design under complex topography conditions,such as vertical design of general plane and single plane layout combined with topographic changes,are proposed.The disadvantages of the design are turned into advantages,which not only meet the functional requirements of the hospital,but also achieve the purpose of reducing earthwork excavation and saving construction costs.Finally,with the expansion of the third people's hospital in dalian project(new surgical hospital building and emergency floor)architectural design as an example,in view of the existing problems of projects,such as: land tensions,terrain elevation difference is big,high building control,need with the original building reasonable cohesion,perfect the function of the whole campus layout and other issues,methods and measures of the above show as well as applications of the project,from the overall planning,functional layout,traffic streamline,indoor and outdoor environment design scheme of sustainable design method,a good project practical difficulties are solved.The subject also summarizes the green technology measures of energy saving,water saving,material saving,environmental protection and the integration construction of hospital information implemented in the whole project.Through the project practice,the research results are applied concretely,which provides reference for the architectural design of hospitals in China.
