Research On On-site Improvement In L Children's Electric Car Enterprise

In increasingly complex economic situation and the fierce market shocks,it's the goal for all manufacturing enterprise to meet customer demand pursue eagerly,with high stable quality product,more Lower production cost,high efficiency and timely delivery service.Along with the development of Lean production theory and its application.it can help enterprises to allocate and use their resources more effectively and reasonably,and give full play to the initiative and creativity of people,According to the actual demand.Its goal is that to eliminate the invalid labor and waste completely,and maximizing the economic benefits for enterprise.it become a common project that how to implement and applicte lean production and its related methods in the enterprise,for continuously improving production site.This thesis takes L enterprises production line as the research object,base on the comprehensive use of relevant theories and methods of IE(industrial engineering)and lean production.The goal is to improve the production efficiency of L enterprise children's electric vehicle by studying,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative system analysis.The thesis try to find out the current problems of production line about management of the production,the process of products,and the production line balancing etc,through investigating and analysing in workshop.And then study the problems and implement continuous improvement activities in the enterprise workshop systematically to promote production efficiency eventually by eliminating all the waste,reducing non-value added work,reducing the material and work-in-process inventory,and balancing the workload of workers.We hope to explore the way to improve L enterprise through implementing and applicating the continuous improvement acivities,and it not only have important realistic significance for L enterprises workshop continual improvement,but also for those of the manufacturing process in the future of the improvement programmers and specific application of the guide.
