With the vigorous development of the highway construction in our country,a growing number of vehicles,a large number of cars on the road,causing traffic jams,the occurrence of traffic accident rates also increase greatly,especially for large vehicles increased year by year,make the vicious and the increasing number of traffic accidents,and ordinary small wrecker work scope is small,poor flexibility,simply difficult to accomplish complex field rescue mission,so that our country is becoming more and more demand of super-heavy wrecker of big.The original wrecker structure use the experience of the more conservative design or more analytic method,cause structural redundancy,bulky heavy wait for a phenomenon,which affect the dynamic and static performance of machine tool,in recent years,in recent years,many scholars through various optimization methods to wrecker structure was improved design,but the wrecker's boom and the base of applied research is less.Therefore,it is important to apply the optimization techniques to the crane boom and bracket.Taking YH20 DH wrecker's boom and bracket as the research object,using CREO wrecker's boom and bracket three-dimensional model is established,and then import the ANSYS workbench in five different dangerous working condition of statics analysis,found the wrecker's boom and bracket that the stress and displacement distribution,structure,redundancy;According to different conditions in wrecker's boom and bracket stress nephogram and pore structure in structural redundancy location design,using CREO back to wrecker's boom and bracket modeling,and then statics analysis was carried out on the back,in the guarantee repair car boom and bracket under the condition of meet the demand of strength and stiffness,the overall quality is decreased by 17.38%,for repair car boom and bracket design scheme optimization;By refactoring to repair wrecker's and bracket optimization design,realized the lightweight design,thus effectively improve the design quality,and for other key components can be drawn lessons from for the structural optimization method and basis.
