When arc comloustion occurs in the are chamber inside the SF6 circuit breaker,SF6 gas will react with related substances.In addition to the decomposition products such as SO2,H2S,and SOF2,CF4,CO2,CO2 and other carbon-containing impurity gases may be generated.It is because the nozzle of the circuit breaker is generally made of an organic carbonaceous material,and the high temperature is likely to react.For this reason,it is necessary to carry out periodic inspections of the decomposition products in the equipment.The inspection contents include not only SO2,H2S,SOF2,but also CF4,CO,CO2.The purpose of periodic inspection is to carry out potential defects and risks.Find out in advance,do a good job of prevention,and ensure the safe operation of equipment.Since 2010,Zhuhai Power Supply Bureau has used SF6 decomposition product tester to test SO2 and H2S components of SF6 decomposition products.Starting from the end of 2011,SP-V portable SF6 chromatograph has been used to test SF6 gas,air,CF42 and other components.This paper proposes comprehensive analysis of gas chromatography and decomposition products By analyzing the content of SO2,H2S,CF4 and CO in SF6 gas,the defects of the equipment can be found and diagnosed better than the traditional single analysis and decomposition products and other electrical means.The biggest advantage of this technology is that it can realize live test without affecting the normal operation of the equipment and eliminate the pairing of adsorbents.The adsorptive effect of the decomposition product leads to misjudgment,and effectively prevents the equipment from running with diseases,reaching the advanced level.The typical practical fault detection cases in the past five years were studied and analyzed,and the conclusion was drawn that the differential diagnosis method was used to diagnose SF6 circuit breaker fault,and the equipment was classified differently on the basis of pre-test and status evaluation.According to different types of equipment,different detection strategies are carried out.The accuracy of SF6 gas chromatography and decomposition product comprehensive analysis in electrical equipment fault diagnosis is higher than that of traditional single analysis decomposition product method.
