| In recent years,collector shoe and conductor rail system has become the preferred electrical pattren in the urban rail transit system.A good contact between collector shoe and conductor rail is the prerequisites to keep the system safe and stable.The dynamic flow of shoe-rail system often accompanys shoe-rail arc and the abnormal wear phenomenon.These problems affect the shoe-rail matching relationship and degradation of metro vehicle flow quality.Reference the technology and experience of pantograph-catenary system,this article carry out the shoe-rail on-line monitoring system.The on-line monitoring of collector shoe and conductor rail system for explain shoe-rail relations in various abnormal phenomena,explore the current colletctor and the state and regular of the conductor rail,understanding the regular pattern of shoe-rail matching.This paper briefly introduces the composition and structure of the shoe-rail system,focus on the necessity of the shoe-rail on-line monitoring,mainly do the following:1)Research the theory of shoe-rail electric contact,and analyze the key parameters and indexes of shoe-rail current-collecting system,focus on the generation and harm of shoe-rail arc.2)Developed by the arc detection device as the core of shoe-rail on-line monitoring system,including shoe-rail arcing,contact pressure,voltage and current,hard spot etc,and put forward the evaluation index of each system’s key parameters.3)The on-line monitoring system is used to test the actual operation in Guangzhou Metro Line 5.Analyze the contact pressure change and arcing phenomenon of the Line 5 shoe-rail system,and explore the regular and characteristics of the shoe rail arcing phenomenon.Finally,based on parameters such as arc ignition,traction current,contact pressure,speed and kilometer,comprehensive evaluation of dynamic relationship between shoe and rail by multi-detection information,propose the measures to improve the quality of the shoe rail system.Conduct on-site experimental research on the shoe-rail system of Line 5,explore the interaction regular of urban rail transit shoe-rail system,and provide data reference for further popularization and research of the shoe-rail current-collecting system. |
