The support of national and local policies and the requirements of auto companies to deal with double integral make pure electric vehicles become the hotspot of R&D in the current auto industry and the future development direction of automobiles.However,at present,pure electric passenger cars are mainly operated in large cities,with large power consumption and insufficient driving range.To this end,the paper takes the pure electric passenger car driving system as the research object,and conducts the energy consumption test research of the driving system for the acceleration process,in order to reduce the energy consumption per unit mileage and extend the driving range.Firstly,the composition and control principle of the pure electric vehicle drive system are introduced.Then the electric energy consumption mechanism and test principle of the pure electric passenger car drive system are analyzed.The unit mileage energy consumption is proposed as the evaluation index of electric energy consumption of the pure electric passenger car drive system.Based on the system hardware and system software,the energy consumption test system of pure electric passenger car drive system is designed.Then,the energy consumption test of the drive system based on NEDC,Jap1015 and FTP75 driving conditions was carried out for each of the two brands A and B.The relationship between the power consumption of the drive system and the speed and acceleration of the drive system,as well as the proportion of energy consumption in the acceleration,uniform speed and deceleration of each working condition are analyzed.The test results show that the same mileage of the same pure electric passenger car under different working conditions and different brands of pure electric passenger cars under the same working condition depends on the acceleration process.In addition,it also deeply analyzes the relationship between the unit mileage energy consumption and the vehicle speed and acceleration of the acceleration process drive system of the A brand prototype under NEDC,Jap1015 and FTP75 driving conditions.The study found that for the same pure electric passenger car,the unit mileage energy consumption of the drive system acceleration process is related to the average acceleration and the average speed.Then,according to the influencing factors of the unit mileage energy consumption of the acceleration process studied above,the design is accelerated by the same initial velocity at the same time to the same end speed different acceleration curve test.Then I analyed the relationship between the energy consumption per unit mileage and the acceleration characteristic parameters in the acceleration process.The test results show that the energy consumption per unit mileage of the acceleration process of the pure electric passenger car drive system is small when driving on the convex acceleration curve.Finally,aiming at the minimum pure electric passenger car drive system unit mileage energy consumption,respectively to meet the certification application requirements and meet the ride comfort requirements as constraints,optimize the design of the seven acceleration curves of NEDC driving conditions.The test was verified by the optimized front and back curves.The test results show that the energy consumption per unit mileage of the accelerated process is reduced by 4.13% and 6.97%,respectively,and the energy consumption per unit mileage of the whole working condition is reduced by 1.54% and 3.11%,respectively.Thereby achieving the goal of reducing energy consumption per unit mileage and extending driving mileage.
