The electrification is now an inexorable trend of new energy vehicles.Promote the technology of plug-in hybrid vehicle and popularize energy-saving vehicle is also a high priority.However there are loopholes of evaluation methods to determine whether the vehicle meets the energy-saving targets:The fuel consumption gaps between lab/real are becoming larger.Understanding the energy consumption character of EV and its influence factor based on the actual road driving data is an important measure to reflect the current level truly.The paper studies the energy consumption of pure electric vehicles(PEV)and PHEV on road based on “China Automotive Testing cycle(CATC)” program.The test selected 21 vehicles of PEV and 2 vehicles of PHEV in 6 cities.Collecting original driving data through CATC platform and New Energy Automobile Data Analysis Software in order to carry out research on trip rules and energy consumption of EV.There are two methods to analysis FC: trip chain and short trip.For PEV,the value of FC on road is 5?29% higher than the value of certification,and the impact of ambient temperature on FC is about 13.5%.Moreover,there has been range anxiety in pure electric vehicles.For PHEV,the value of FC can achieve as little as 5.53 L / 100km(SUV)and 3.34 L/100km(compact)when combined with once in two days of charging frequency.Furthermore,the research shows that the fuel consumption of PEV and PHEV is affected by driven distance,ambient temperature,average speed and braking energy recovery technology.The value of FC of PEV on road is 50% higher than normal when turns on the airconditioning.The power consumption under high-speed conditions is 17.29% lower than that under low-speed conditions.The braking energy recovery of electric vehicle can extend the all electric range of 20%?The FC of PHEV is affected by trip chain range,when the train chain range is less than 30 km,the FC of PHEV can be a lower-per-kilometer.If the train chain range is more than 50 km,the consequences are high fuel consumption.The short trip reflect the instantaneous motion characteristics from the microscopic point.The trip chain is used to analyze the total distance traveled between two adjacent charging behavior and the pure electric mileage ratio of PHEV.In addition,SOC distribution is closely related to range anxiety.The trip chain mileage provides a theoretical basis for the design of the AER,so that the capacity design of the battery can satisfy people's daily travel without wasteful.
