China’s new energy automobile is marching into the high speed development phase.For three years in a row,China leads the world in new energy automobile sales,which rose from 8,200 units in 2011 to 777,000 units in 2017.The rapid development of the new energy automobile industry has led to the urgent need for a large number of new energy automobile maintenance personnel.However,the new energy automobile maintenance profession in vocational colleges has problems such as insufficient talent training,poor quality of personnel training,and weak comprehensive professional ability.At home and abroad,there are few researches on the training of talents in the new energy automobile industry,also neither deep nor comprehensive enough.The main research is on pre-sales personnel training,including new energy automobile technology,automobile manufacturing,automobile design and automotive technology management personnel.While there is relatively little research on the training of professional talents required for the new energy automotive maintenance after-sales market.In particular,there are few studies on the level of talent training,the orientation of talent training,the mode of talent training,and curriculum system in the specialty construction of new energy automotive maintenance.This paper mainly introduces the training mode and professional construction of new energy automotive maintenance professionals.Base on the work experience,this thesis uses data statistics,literature research methods,comparative analysis,questionnaires,on-site discussions,mathematical statistics and other methods to analyze the status quo of development and talent training mode in new energy automotive industry at home and abroad.Intermediate term prediction was made for China’s automobile sales,new energy automotive sales,total number of employees in the automobile industry,demand for automobile maintenance talents,and demand for new energy automotive maintenance personnel;it analysis the current demand for new energy automotive maintenance professionals,the comprehensive vocational ability that is needed,the training level and direction of new energy automotive maintenance professionals.It also focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the four talent training modes of new energy automotive maintenance personnel.Combining the advantages of the four talent training modes,the new energy vehicle maintenance professional is proposed to build a "one,two,three and four" school-enterprise cooperation personnel training model.Finally,according to the main problems existing in the training of new energy automotive maintenance talents,the paper puts forward suggestions for supporting the new energy automotive maintenance profession to effectively implement the talent training model of school-enterprise cooperation,mainly includes determining the orientation of professional talents,constructing a scientific work-integrated learning curriculum system,building a talent training model,establishing a school-enterprise cooperation training mechanism,establishing a systematic talent training mechanism,and strengthening the construction of internal and external training bases.It provides the reference for the training of new energy automotive maintenance professionals in medium and high vocational colleges. |
