Research On Enterprise-school Cooperation Between TF Company And JD College

With the rapid development of the whole industry,the rapid development of the Internet and high-tech,more and more enterprises have more and more comprehensive demand for talents,which also leads to higher expectations of the society for talent education in higher vocational colleges.How to realize the education promotion of higher vocational colleges,how to improve the social reputation of higher vocational colleges,how to connect the resources between Higher Vocational Colleges and large enterprises more efficiently,have become the urgent problems for colleges,enterprises and society.Since the new century,under the macro background of rapid economic and social development,higher vocational education has established a new mode of school enterprise cooperation with the main purpose of serving the society and employment.The initial establishment of the mode basically solves the major problems in the current strategic direction of vocational education development.At the same time,the school enterprise cooperation mode is an effective means for higher vocational colleges to improve their education level and employment rate,and also an important link for enterprises to reserve talents for themselves.Under the mode of joint efforts of classroom teaching in school and practice teaching in enterprises,students can participate in the study of innovative technology in various ways,and can also fully apply basic theories and professional knowledge to the operation of professional technology,so as to realize the perfect combination of theory and practice of technology.With the full promotion of the state,the cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises has aroused a wide range of discussion and research in the field of education and management due to its diverse cooperation mode,multi-element work content and multi role operation subject.In this paper,the author will combine personal practical experience,use literature induction,case analysis,data analysis and other methods to study the enterprise docking education,the cooperation mode of school enterprise cooperation,the establishment of order class,the premise and risk of cooperation in higher vocational colleges,and combine his work experience in JD College and TF company,and take the case of school enterprise cooperation as the analysis model Based on the successful cases of Huawei University and Nanyang University of science and technology,this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on the implementation of the school enterprise cooperation mode.
