Switched reluctance motor speed control system is a new generation of speed control system with great development potential after DC motor speed control system and AC motor speed control system.Its potential advantages lie in its simple motor structure,low manufacturing cost,and the advantages of traditional AC and DC speed control systems in performance,good speed control performance,wide speed range,and high operating efficiency.However,the switched reluctance motor is a variable parameter,nonlinear,and strong coupling control object,Therefore,there will be problems such as non-linearity and uncertainty in the design of control system.The linear active disturbance rejection control technology is a linear control method developed on the basis of the traditional active disturbance rejection control technology and can effectively solve the nonlinearity and uncertainty of the control system.Based on the linear active disturbance rejection control technology,this paper analyzes and studies the dynamic and static performance,immunity to disturbance and robustness of the switched reluctance motor speed control system.The main research work is as follows.Firstly,this paper presents a detailed analysis of the development status,performance characteristics and structural composition of the switched reluctance motor.Then according to the basic structure and operating principle of the switched reluctance motor,its mathematical model and basic control method could be deduced.Secondly,the development of the linear active disturbance rejection control technology and its superiority in the control performance are briefly described,and the active disturbance rejection controller is analyzed.First,three main links of the ADRC are established: the tracking equation,the extended state observer,and the state equation of the nonlinear feedback control law.Then through the concept of bandwidth,it is linearized into a linear active disturbance rejection controller(LADRC)with a simpler structure and fewer control parameters.compared to ADRC,LADRC solves the problem of ADRC tunable parameters that are not easy to set,without reducing control performance.To verify the performance of the LADRC algorithm,Then combined with the mathematical model of the switched reluctance motor,a simulation model of a switched reluctance motor speed control system based on a linear active disturbance rejection controller was designed in the Matlab simulation software.The simulation results show that compared with the PID controller,the SRM based on the linear active disturbance rejection controller has better dynamic and static performance,better anti-interference ability and better robustness.Finally,a set of experimental system for switching reluctance motors with Labview as the host computer and STM32 microcontroller as the lower computer is designed.The system hardware design includes STM32 minimum system,current detection circuit,position detection circuit,power conversion circuit,power drive circuit,etc.The system software design is based on Keil's control program and Labview-based PC management software.Then,a 0.37 KW four-phase 8/6-pole switched reluctance motor was used as the control object to carry out the speed regulation experiment on the speed regulation platform built in this paper.The experimental results verify the Effectiveness of the linear active disturbance rejection controller for the speed control of the switched reluctance motor.
