| RV reducer has good acceleration performance,can achieve smooth operation and obtain the correct position accuracy.It is widely used in the field of manipulator,machine tool,assembly device,handling device and so on.But the current domestic manufacturers do not have large-scale,industrial production capacity,and the development of domestic converter in gear transmission accuracy,service life and the production cost is still with foreign advanced level has a certain gap.This article is based on SH company’s 863 Plan "robot RV reducer development and application demonstration" and carried out research on the process quality control of 40 E reducer.Mainly completed the work:(1)expounded the research history and present situation of the rotary precision and process quality control of RV reducer at home and abroad,and analyzed the working principle and result of RV-40 E reducer;(2)the article in the production process of the core components of 40 E type reducer and assembly process in-depth understanding and research,the use of the process chain and error transfer theory,the production process of the core components of the sampling,analysis of the intrinsic link and interaction between various operations,find the weak link in targeted improvement,so as to ensure the machining quality of the core components of the reducer;(3)by the orthogonal experimental method to analyze the rotary precision reducer,based on the precision of gear reducer drive current,summed up the factors affecting the rotation accuracy,and the factors to analyze,draw 5 Influence Factors on the transmission accuracy,reasonable parameters and then obtains 5 factors by orthogonal experiment the collocation scheme,finally succeeded in improving the transmission error of gear reducer.(4)combined with the actual production situation of SH company,using SPC and the control chart method,process quality of 40 E reducer core components to control and improve the quality and ensure the final.In the whole research process,it involves many aspects of product structure,process and process quality control,and hopes to improve the transmission accuracy and other indicators of the reducer. |
