Operational Efficiency Evaluation Of Integrated Transport Network In Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone

Changchun-Jinlin-Tumen development pilot area in Changchun,Jilin and Yanji area as the core,the West connected in East Mongolia,in the eastern border of Russia and Korea,Russia and North Korea,which closely linked with the port group,East Siberia of Russia Far East hinterland,that is an important land of China's opening up the channel and in joint land and sea transport pattern in Asia and Europe.Therefore,it is of practical significance to evaluate the efficiency of the existing integrated transport network of Changchun-Jinlin-Tumen to meet the regional economic development.This paper first introduces the current situation of Changchun-Jinlin-Tumen regional integrated transportation network operation,analyzes the connotation,function and network characteristics of operational efficiency,and puts forward the problems of Changchun-Jinlin-Tumen regional integrated transportation network.Secondly,using the DEA model to select decision unit from the time level,with C2 R model and C2GS2 model are used to study the comprehensive effectiveness and technical effectiveness of the transportation network operation in different areas of Changchun-Jinlin-Tumen in 5 years.The paper analyzes the operation efficiency of the comprehensive transportation network by using the comprehensive cross method to deal with the evaluation index of the various transportation modes,calculate the coordination validity,the development validity,the comprehensive validity value and the operation coefficient of variation comprehensive evaluation method.According to the evaluation results,find the weak link of the comprehensive transportation network operation not suited to the economic development.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the efficiency of Changchun-Jinlin-Tumen comprehensive transportation network,and provides some reference for the future development ideas,development goals and construction priorities of Changchun-Jinlin-Tumen regional integrated transportation network operation.
