Study On Space Management And Control Strategies In Xiamen Ecological Control Region Based On Ecological Network Planning

To improve the scientific nature of ecological civilization construction is the requirement of new urbanization in China Since the 18 th National Congress.Chinese scholars proposed the concept of Urban Ecological Control Region with the research hot spots in foreign countries and China's national conditions.At present,there are few studies on the spatial structure and ecological management system of the Ecological Control Region.This paper argues that,The planning of ecological networks and the delineation of ecological control lines are mutually supportive in planning technology and implementing the requirements,and the delineation of ecological control line is the basis of space control of ecological control zone.So,this article takes Xiamen city as an example,explores the possibility of ecological space management based on the results of ecological network spatial pattern planning.This article relies on the ERDAS IMAGINE system and ArcGIS software,uses "regional-city" multi-level analysis of research methods,builds a multi-level ecological system.This system includes the ecological network multi-scale spatial pattern and multi-level ecological control area planning and control system.The research results are as follows:1)Constructs the spatial pattern of ecological network in Xiamen city and the spatial pattern of ecological network in central city;2)Puts forward the city's basic ecological control line delineation strategy,the ecological elements of the difference control strategy,and the construction project access control strategy;3)Builds a planning and control system,put forward the "administrative unit-management unit-grassroots community unit" control strategy;4)Discusses the path of the ecological resources protection and utilization,and carries on the related planning case study.This paper provides a new perspective on the effective protection of the regional ecological environment through the ecological network planning.
