In the era of energy,central heating is an important infrastructure of urban public construction,and it is also the focus of local and national attention.The whole heating area of Dongying campus of China University of Petroleum(East China)is up to 0.7796 million square meters.Due to the removal and construction of buildings in campus,the heat supply pipelines have been reconstructed several times,which leads to such problems as the serious imbalance of hydraulic regime,too hot for the near part but too cold for the far-end.Even though there exists different needs in teaching area,student living quarters and faculty residential district,the current heat-exchange station and heat pipe network layout can not be regulated and controlled,which makes a high-level heating consumption,low automatic level of heating system,low artificial regulation efficiency and low accuracy but high expenses.Local coal fired boiler energy efficiency is low,the problem of pollution emissions also exist for a long time.Aiming at the current situation of heating system in Dongying campus,the optimized design will be carried out.In the first place,the heat source will be changed.The previous hot water boiler heating plants will be replaced by municipal centralized heating pipe network,mainly referring to combined heat and power(CHP)in order to solve the problems like low efficient heat source and high pollution,etc.Secondly,by using methods such as time-sharing district regulation and district time sharing of frequency conversion of circulating water pump,the high energy consumption problems will be solved.Finally,by using the dynamic regulation of self-pressure flow controller,the imbalance problem between near-end and far-end will be solved.The completion of the technology improved the energy efficiency significantly,and reduced the heating energy consumption,thereby reducing the pollutants discharging and having a very good economic and social benefits.
