As the world's preferred environmentally friendly fuel and clean chemical raw materials with high-quality,natural gas is easy to use and has a high overall economic efficiency,production and consumption of natural gas has been developing at an amazing speed.Especially in the latest 10 years,as quality energy and important chemical raw materials natural gas has been playing a more important role in national economy and social development,international capital has been continuously flooding into field of natural gas exploration,which made it a major hotspot of international energy market.Based on Xinjiang Oilfield Company's actual operation of natural gas pipeline network,this paper analyzed the gas pipeline network in northern Xinjiang over the years to conclude gas load fluctuation and found that the gas consumption of heavy oil thermal recovery accounts for more proportion,especially the Fengcheng gas consumption.In order to ensure the normal operation of gas pipeline network safety,especially the Fengcheng gas consumption,by using the HYSYS and TGNET softwares to calculate water content of each gas supply points and status the gas pipeling network model,this paper studyed of network operation and the restriction of maximum supply bottlenecks and ensured the rapid production of Fengcheng oil with sufficient natural gas.Secondly,when fengcheng electric powers can restore the normal working conditions and irreparability for long time,working conditions of the Fengcheng gas consumption dumping 1/3 were simulated and provided the corresponding security scheduling scheme.Third,pointing at the leaking accident conditions,this paper simulated the leaking conditions of the shike and kewu pipelines and provided the corresponding security scheduling scheme.When the stable operations or the non-steady-state operations or accident conditions existing the gas pipeline network,this paper considered firstly to adjust the nearest gas supply point,so that the pipe network can be operated safely and stably under special circumstances,thus to provide technical support for scheduling operation.
