For the high-piled wharves with the service life of more than fifteen years,the destruction of the constructions are relatively serious and their conditions cannot be ignored.At present,the active high-piled wharves in China are severely damaged in large scale,which are in a trend of further destructions.Therefore,it is of great significance to test and evaluate the structures of the active high-piled wharves.With the development of cross-sea channels,marine development and off-shore deep-water wharf projects,the new applying load has posed a new requirement to the application of the dock structure in increasing demand,the traditional dock detection and assessment methods cannot comprehend and evaluate the stress and strain of the dock structure comprehensively,including the stress and displacement of the track beam,the frame and the slide structure under the load.The paper mainly focuses on the methods of maintaining the stability and safety of the key structures of docks under particular conditions of the load.1.The main factors influencing the structural safety of high-piled wharves are summarized,and the causes of structural damage are analyzed.Through the analysis of the test data of high-piled wharves in Tianjin and the ports in the north,east and south of China,the damage forms of the high-piled wharves and the suggested test period are determined.The problems in the testing and evaluation process are also proposed.2.According to the damage types of the high-piled wharves,a set of detection and assessment methods for a traditional high-piled girder-and-board wharves are summarized.The feasibility and practicability of the method are verified through engineering cases.3.A safety assessment method for piled wharves with special structure is put forward under the action of dynamic and static load.The large finite element software ANASYS was applied to make simulation analysis on track beams,frames and slides of a heavy-duty wharf with “high pile and thick plate” structure,which is under the influence of self-weight loads and out-going loads.The stress concentration position and maximum point of structure displacement of the wharf structure under self-weight and out-load loads are proposed.4.The structural inspection and analysis of heavy-duty docks after heavy loading and unloading were carried out to verify the accuracy of the method for evaluating the safety of the high-piled quay with special structure under the action of dynamic and static loads.Which has implications for the subsequent detection and evaluation of related structures.
