Port, as a hydraulic structure,plays an important role in economic development, its working environment is more complex , many factors that produce terminal effects in the use of the course . This country aims on the disease of built high-piled wharf structure, and these diseases have led the dock carrying reduce ability , and directly impact the safety of the wharf structure ; Reference the " the technical specifications of Port Hydraulic Structures Inspection and Assessment ", analyzes the disease types appeared in the use of the High-pile wharf structure, obtains the elements which affected the wharf structure`s safety factor, and evaluated the structure safety of the high-pile wharf .â‘ By investigating the common disease form of high-pile wharf structure, summarizes the test items required for safety assessment, combined with the characteristics of high-pile wharf structure, elaborated adverse effects on the main diseases of the structural safety of the high-pile wharf;â‘¡Directing the problems of the durability of concrete in the high-piled wharf structure , analyse the mechanism of carbonation of concrete and reinforcing steel corrosion mechanism, clear the main factors of the deterioration of reinforced concrete structures ,caused by - concrete carbonation and chloride ion, it can provide certain support and basis in building high Piers in the quality and safety evaluation index system ;â‘¢Based on reliability theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, carried out safety assessments for high-pile wharf structure; directing the requires for the use of high-pile wharf structure by the relevant theory, calculated with examples of high-pile wharf structure of the safety system grade; research results based on fuzzy theory has certain safety evaluation of innovative and practical value to the high Piers in practical work for safe control and management theory.
